How it works for you
Step 1
You get access
Your client can give you access to the heads of terms and the lease on the platform, so you see exactly what they see.
You can then change the heads of terms on your client's behalf. We can help set that up on 0800 161 3800.
Step 2
The wording updates to match
Any changes to the heads of terms update the lease with the matching wording once your client and the tenant agree.
Step 3
Your client and the tenant sign
When both parties are happy, your client and the tenant each sign through the platform.
The platform guides them through signing and completing the lease. Aqqord doesn't sign or complete anything on anyone's behalf.
Changes to the deal
A different rent-free period, break date, rent review cap or permitted use is made by changing the heads of terms.
Either party can propose a change. Once both parties agree, the lease updates with the matching wording before anyone signs.
The fee
Aqqord's fee is £375 + VAT per party. That's £750 + VAT per lease, split 50/50 or however the landlord and the tenant agree, and charged only once the lease is agreed, so there are no abortive fees.
Your own fees are separate, and a matter for you and your client.

Whether the deal is right for your client is for your advice; Aqqord doesn't give any.
